The acclaimed restaurant relocated late in 2024 with a new menu and a cocktail bar in its new home on Brighton’s North St. The new Coal Shed Brighton brings a more elevated menu from restaurateur Razak Helalat, expanding on The Coal Shed’s over-fire beef cooking to include other meats, hearty vegetables and vegan dishes served alongside a selection of robata oven-cooked fermented breads, snacks and small plates.
