Welcome to Love Food Share Food, a fundraising organisation dedicated to fighting food poverty, minimising food waste and caring for vulnerable members of our community. As one of the most basic human needs, we believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, nutritious, good quality food. This is why we're inviting restaurants to join us in raising money and awareness for our local emergency food network.
Our flagship fundraising initiative offers restaurant customers the opportunity to add a £1 donation to their bill in support of FareShare Sussex & Surrey and Brighton Foodbank. This small contribution can help make a big difference in the lives of those who are struggling to put food on the table.
Best of all, it's completely free to participate. Restaurants will be able to support local food charities while being promoted on our website and social media platforms as Love Food Share Food fundraising partners at no extra cost. Join us today, and together we can make a lasting change.
Run a restaurant? Helping won’t cost you a penny.
Electronic tills record donations, so administration is minimal. Simply collect the total amount at the end of each week/month and transfer it to Love Food Share Food. The £1 donation is added to the bill after the service charge and VAT, and so does not affect your VAT returns.

There is zero cost to the restaurant. Love Food Share Food provides every participating restaurant with all the table cards and information they need.
The £1 donation is added to the bill after the service charge and VAT, so it does not affect the restaurant’s VAT returns.
